This winter, late-night cocktail bar, Arlechin, is turning up the indulgence with its '$3 Oyster Frenzy' – set to become a mid-week ritual for those who know there's no better time for oysters than right now. Every Wednesday, from 5:30 pm until sold out, enjoy freshly shucked Appellation Sydney Rock Oysters sourced from Australia's Oyster Coast. Enjoy oysters, two ways:
Natural: with lemon and vinaigrette
Florentine: with cream, parmesan and spinach
To elevate the experience, drinks to match include:
