Rolling flame technology - The Dome emits an intense, golden flame, just like a traditional wood fired oven. No strip burners or blue flames in sight. Rolling and reaching across the dome of the oven, it provides authentic top-down cooking and invests heat into the oven floor.
Unbeatable heat retention - Featuring a 30mm stone floor and has more insulation proportionate to its size than any other outdoor oven on the market. The insulation provides a stable cooking temperature making it easier than ever to reach, maintain and control oven temperature. The Gozney ultra thick stone floor acts as a heat sink, storing heat and reradiating it, working to stabilise oven temperature, and providing a consistently hot floor. Floor porosity maintains the dry heat essential for delicate, smokey wood fired flavour and it works to draw moisture from pizza and bread, for a truly ‘stone baked’ pizza.
Built-in digital thermometer - Provides precise temperature readings so you’ll never be left guessing when your food is ready. Two separate temperature probes are also on hand to support and give you readings straight from the source.
Stone puck system - Allows users to switch between the gas and wood burner systems with ease. Both burner systems reach the sizzling heights of 500o C and provide more heat control than ever before.
Quick connect accessory port - You’ll soon be able to insert a range of pioneering accessories into the dock to explore and discover limitless possibilities. Roast, smoke, steam or bake.
Extra wide mouth - Manoeuvring pizza is easy with the Dome’s 16.1” x 5.1” mouth and 22” x 18” oven floor. You can easily fit a large 16” or a couple of smaller pizzas in if you’re feeling ambitious.Patented rolling flame technology: The innovative technology recreates a traditional yellow rolling flame, allowing you to experience wood-fired flavours regardless of the fuel used. The high, domed lid shape also means that flames are further away from your food. The Roccbox will consistently cook your pizza toppings to perfection because there are no strip burners or harsh gas flames that can burn your toppings.
Ultra-thick microporous stone floor: The 19mm thick stone floor absorbs heat and holds it for unrivalled heat retention, cooking your pizza from the bottom up. Its microporous composition also withdraws moisture from the dough as it bakes, making your pizza base extra crispy.
Super-efficient insulation: Thick layers of insulation between the inner shell and outer casing allow the Roccbox to reach up to 500°C and retain heat for longer, so you can continue cooking pizzas, one after the other, without dropping the quality or waiting for the oven to heat back up.
Built-in thermometer: Check the temperature at a glance, so you’ll never have to guess when your food is ready.
