Melbourne's award-winning Japanese restaurant Ishizuka is celebrating Father’s Day with a three-course set menu for fathers with a penchant for luxury to enjoy an opulent dining experience at home. Beginning with the signature single layer master bento filled with grilled seafood, house pickles, and the most delicate slices of A5 Kagoshima wagyu beef; customers will then move on to Chef Masahiko Yomoda's famous wagyu, truffle and foie gras pie, served either hot or cold and ready to heat and eat. To finish, a trio of creme caramels in vanilla, black sesame and coffee.

Available to pre-order for both lunch and dinner, the individually priced dishes allow guests to create their own bespoke menus. Entree dishes include Merimbula oysters and That’s Amore Burrata; mains feature roast lamb shoulder, spinach and ricotta cannelloni, and child-friendly beef lasagne for the kids; roast potatoes or cos lettuce salads for sides; and a lemon and passionfruit meringue tart for dessert.  To make Father’s Day extra special, add on a Wolf of the Willows mixed four pack of beers, plus one of Scott Pickett’s cookbooks for Dad.
